CORN BREAD SHORTCAKE DESSERT

Ingredients

1 pkg. Traditional Sweet Corn Bread & Muffin Mix
¾ cup milk
3 eggs
½ cup oil

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F. While oven is preheating, grease a 9" x 9" pan. In a large bowl, combine corn bread mix, milk, eggs and oil; mix until well blended (about 1 minute). Pour batter into greased baking pan. Bake 28-32 minutes or until edges are golden. Remove from oven. Let bread cool, top with berries and fresh whipped cream.
